Waggle Dance Honey
£6.50 / 340g
Working with Native Irish Honey Bees, Lyndon Wortley gathers honey from 6 apiaries close to his home at Teemore, just a few townlands away from Ballylisk. Guided by principles of sustainability and good husbandry, Waggle Dance Honey® is an entirely natural product. It is made by honey bees from nectar they forage from blossoms in the fields, hedgerows, orchards and woodland of County Armagh, the Garden of Ulster and then harvested by hand. Lyndon’s honey bees even help pollinate some of the apples used by Long Meadow Cider. The diversity of nectar sources available to Lyndon’s honey bees gives Waggle Dance Honey® a complex and subtle depth of flavour that varies by season and from year to year. A local product with local flavour.
