Our Milk

Our milk is something we are very proud of.

It comes from a closed pedigree herd which are known for their quality milk.

They include Friesian Cows.

The butterfat and protein levels are perfect for making cheese.

It is our intention to use our entire milk pool on cheese and dairy products within three years.
