Our Milk

Our milk is something we are very proud of. It comes from a closed pedigree herd which are known for their quality milk. They include Friesian Cows. The butterfat and protein levels are perfect for making cheese. It is our intention to use our entire milk pool on cheese and dairy products within three years.

Milk Delivery

We are now offering a Farm–Door deliver service of our Milk and Cheese in the Local area. All ordering are to be placed via the website or over the phone. No exchange of cash will be accepted by the Ballylisk delivery team.

Order Now!

All orders must be placed before 1pm on Saturday for the following week delivery. Any orders received after the deadline will automatically be reallocated to the following week ahead. All Houses MUST ensure that there is a clear identification of their house number, by some method for example their door/bin etc.

Please be aware that delivery (Milk/Cheese) will be placed on the doorstep. Please ensure pets are unable to access the product.

****Due to current circumstamces we ask that all customers respect ‘Social distancing’ practices when deliveries are being made. We ask that everyone has a part to play in safe guarding the customer and the Ballylisk team.****

All drivers will be equiped with suitable PPE to safeguard the product and personnel.
