Our Farm - Ballylisk of Armagh

Our Farm

The Wright family land in Ballylisk spans more than two hundred acres. There are a further two hundred acres which are rented.

This means there is more than enough space to accommodate the hundreds of cattle and to grow the crops which make up part of their diet. We are as self–sufficient as possible.

This land has been in the family for five generations and each generation has added more. Farming is in our DNA.

Dean’s father Jim still farms, as does Dean. The team is further supplemented with the expertise of Aaron Allely, Simon Smith, Timmy Turkington and of course not forgetting twin brothers Sam and John Glasgow, who are around the farm on a part time basis.
