We have always moved forward with integrity at the heart of innovation and development. We have our own highest level of quality by which everything must be monitored.
Honesty and character are inbuilt.
"Our cheese is the result of a long journey our specialists have taken to ensure that everything that goes into the making of our cheese from the grass to the milk to the ripening is honest and true."
Ballylisk’s Triple Rose white mould, single–herd triple cream cheese is the first of a much bigger range to come.
The Ballylisk brand is now gaining recognition on a global stage. This is just the beginning of our journey.
Come with us!
We are over the moon with our first big award. The Triple Rose took home a triple whammy at the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards in Dingle on October 6th, 2018. Our first cheese won Silver, Best in County and Best in Farmers Market.
These awards are the largest blind–tasted food awards on the island of Ireland and competition is fierce, so we are delighted.
